Permission to use documents delivered from this site and/or server and related images and/or graphics is restricted and/or forbidden. The information contained in this website is subject to change without notice. We are not legally responsible for the errors of products herein. By using our services you agree to the terms and conditions in this statement if you do not agree to these conditions you should discontinue use of the service.
ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any type of error, VACUPRO.CA has the right to refuse or cancel all orders that are in-progress, placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If your order is cancelled and payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued for the cancelled order.
ORDER POLICY
Any form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a legal obligation on the part of VACUPRO.CA to complete the transaction. VACUPRO.CA reserves the right at any time to accept or decline an order that has been placed. Additional verification and information may be required prior to an order being accepted and processed.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened, unused and undamaged items can be returned up to 30 days for refund or exchange for an alternate product. Return shipping fees may apply. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact us to receive your RMA. Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and must include all items and accessories related to the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
AS THE MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE OF A SANITARY OR HYGIENIC NATURE, THE RETURN OF ANY USED PRODUCT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN UNLESS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY VACUPRO.CA
SERVICE AND WARRANTY SERVICE
We offer service on all mechanical products we sell, including warranty service. If you are in need of service, please contact us for details on service options. To note, return shipping costs are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, nor are they the responsibility of VACUPRO.CA or any of its representatives. Return shipping costs are exclusively the responsibility of the consumer.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Our general order processing time from order reception to shipping is 48-72 hours, however legal holidays could add to this. If the item(s) ordered are out of stock, a VACUPRO.CA representative will contact you to inform you of the delay and re-confirm or cancel the order. Transit times for order reception vary depending on the item(s) ordered and the region shipped to.
We only ship within Canada.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
All orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping*. Orders below $75 are subject to a $10.00 shipping fee*.
*Exception for: Nunavut, North West Territories, Yukon. Due to significantly higher shipping costs, for all orders received from these areas, a VACUPRO.CA representative will contact you to review shipping options and re-confirm the order. For these areas, orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders of less than $150, shipping charges shall be limited to those of your selected carrier, in most cases we recommend Canada Post.
